i purchased the Berkline power sofa on June 25, 2010 and it appears to have just stopped working. everything seems plugged in properly. it doesn't need batteries since it's plugged into the wall right? what is the general life cycle of one of these sofa's? both ends were extended when it stopped working so it is difficult to move it with them sticking out.
any suggestions or guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
